About a year ago, the team at BUILT Systems was presented with a request from a customer that required them to rethink the ways’ that they did things and to figure out a way to provide the customer with exactly what they were looking for while doing it quickly and safely.

The Problem

The need for a modular, height-adjustable workstation that is safe to use in most medical facilities and laboratories. The workstation also needed to have an array of add-on options for multiple different uses.

The Criteria

The system needed to be mobile, clean, have a stainless steel worksurface, and be able to be adapted to fit multiple applications.

Brainstorming and Design

The team at BUILT quickly went to work to develop this workstation for the medical industry. Through multiple meetings, the team collaborated with the client and discovered exactly what needed to be accomplished. Once the initial criteria and ideas were set, the engineering team went into designing a set of workstations and accessories. 18 tables and 11 accessories later, the result was a series of adaptable workstations that are well suited for most medical facilities and labs with our standard workstation design and a stainless steel worksurface. This series proved to be a product line that we at BUILT are proud to display.
